Come Rejoice

D Todd Christofferson

  • A limiting trait is not being valiant in your testimony
  • Wholehearted devotion is what we should strive for
  • To make it to and stay in the Celestial Kingdom we must have a firm testimony of Jesus Christ and act on that testimony
  • Being Valiant in your testimony of Christ
  • Includes nurturing and strengthening that testimony
  • Heading His messengers
  • Encouraging others by word and example
  • We will not let anything keep us from being together forever
  • Do the things Jesus shall teach and command you

Taylor G Godoy

  • God hears our prayers and answers them in a personalized way
  • Mosiah 5:12
  • This life by its nature brings about experiences
  • Call Him, don’t fall
  • Just because you aren’t answered immediately doesn’t mean your call wasn’t answered at all
  • Confidence in the Lord’s answers requires accepting that they are not always what would expect in our minds for them to be.
  • The Lord is the first option for help
  • Call Don’t Fall (pray)
  • After prayer do all you can to obtain the answers you pray for
  • Humbly accept His answers

Softly and Tenderly, Jesus is Calling

Gary E Stevenson

  • Where is the foundation of your bridge?
  • The two towers are love the Lord thy God and love your neighbor as thyself – these are the towers that the bridge of the gospel is supported by
  • Loving the Lord leads to eternal Happiness
  • Bridges our heavenly upward gaze to our heavenly outward gaze
  • Love of the Lord is not complete if we do not love our neighbors
  • Loving your neighbors includes Christlike deeps of love and service
  • How are you building your tower of love?
  • “did God call on you specifically, or were you simply the one who listened?”
  • These towers need to function together in balance, equal devotion, and harmony
  • God loves everyone and so should we; we seek out those in need and serve them regardless of race, wealth, gender identity, sexual orientation, or anything else
  • God commanded us to love one another. Leave judgement up to Him
  • How do we build our own bridge of faith and devotion?
  • Early drafts become polished blueprints

Mathias Held

  • Consequences are a part of agency
  • Repentance is where growth happens
  • Seek to learn and accept support from the Lord
  • In the darkness of night we can turn on our lights
  • We can still choose how to respond to things out of our control
  • We are agents not objects.
  • Opposites don’t exist apart from each other, they can complement each other.
  • Where there is sunshine, shadows must be there too. Floods brings destruction but they bring life as well
  • Our difficulties do not define us – it is our attitudes and choices that define us much better than our situations

How Firm a Foundation

Niel L Anderson

  • It is breathtaking to see the works of God
  • Discipline your faith, what does that mean to you?
  • Eleazer Cearcy – sealing story – this is why listen to promptings
  • Angels have charge over us
  • Through the power of the Holy Ghost we are filled with strength and peace and joy and unspeakable hope.
  • Many different ways to see the face of Christ and no better place than in His holy house

Mark L Pace

  • Transform our homes into sanctuaries of faith
  • The scriptures are here to help us draw closer to Him
  • How can you avoid personal apostasy?
  • We are responsible for our own personal spiritual growth
  • The most important copy of the book of Mormon is the one you read
  • Heavenly Father wants you to know yourself – but you must put in the effort

Russell M Nelson

  • Called to apostles 40 years ago!
  • Six temples when he was born
  • Ponder what the Lord’s promise means for you personally
  • The priesthood was restored prior to the church – to ensure that the church could be organized with the correct authority
  • The priesthood keys are the only way we get the essential ordinances and covenants, the only way we can have blessings the way we do – we can extend all the blessings promised to/by Abraham to all God’s children
  • D&C 110
  • The gathering of Israel is evidence God loves all of His children everywhere
  • The gospel of Abraham is further evidence that God loves all of His children everywhere
  • The sealing power is supreme evidence that God loves all of His children everywhere and wants them to return to Him
  • Study Kirtland temple dedicatory prayer in D&C 109
  • Regular temple worship will enhance how you see yourself
  • The temple empowers us to take on the challenges of life
  • You do not have to face life alone
  • What courage does it give you to know that angels really will help you?
  • No combination of wickedness will prevail over those who worship in the house of the Lord
  • Nothing will help you more to hold fast to the iron rod than attending the temple as regularly as you can, nothing will protect you more, nothing will bolster your testimony of Christ and His atonement, or recognize the significance of His plan, nothing will soothe your spirit more, nothing will open the blessings of Heavens more
  • 15 temples:
  • Uturoa, French Polynesia
  • Chihuahua, Mexico
  • Florianopolis, Brazil
  • Rosario, Argentina
  • Edinburgh, Scotland
  • Brisbane, Australia South Area
  • Victoria, British Colombia
  • Yuma, Arizona

Sunday Morning Session

Awake and Arise O Ye Slumbering Nations

Conducting: Henry B Eyring (in a chair!!)

Come Ye Children of the Lord

Ronald A Rasband

  • Words matter – they are the bedrock of how we connect and represent our beliefs, morals etc.
  • First and foremost the Lords words matter
  • If a man love me he will keep my words
  • Believing and heading the word of God will draw us closer to Him – our ability to be like Him will increase
  • D&C 6:2,
  • The words of Prophets matter
  • The Prophet hears and speaks the words of the Lord
  • THINK CELESTIAL
  • Diligently ACT upon his words – because he is the voice of the Lord on the earth today
  • Our own words matter
  • In our emoji filled world, our words matter!
  • Be careful what you say and how you say it
  • Thank you, I am sorry, and I Love You
  • These are not to be saved for special occasions! Use them constantly and cheerfully
  • The Words of Christ will tell you all things that you should do!

Susan H Porter

  • Our Heavenly Father LOVES YOU. You are His child. He Knows You. He will Bless You.
  • Pray to know
  • What do you need to know?
  • Heavenly Father are you really there? And do you hear and answer every childs prayer?
  • “Wait. I’m not alone. I have Christ.”
  • Cute children ugh
  • Often the best question to ask is not why but what
  • Pray to grow
  • He wants to help us grow!
  • Sent Christ to help us live
  • What do you need to grow? Patience, kindness, etc
  • Skills and sttributes
  • Pray to show.
  • Nephis bow
  • Heavenly Father does not force anyone to make a choice
  • Are you praying for blessings for your family and those you love? Don’t give up.
  • Don’t Stop Praying – Matthew West?
  • I know He lives and loves you – Pray. He is there.

A Childs Prayer

Dale G. Renlund

  • Kayaking excursion story
  • “A large wave, this big”
  • Keep paddling, maintaining your momentum and you will be fine
  • If we maintain spiritual momentum by continuously going toward the Savior, then we are secure
  • Maintain your momentum: faith, repentance, baptism/covenants, gift of the Holy Ghost, endure to the end
  • Enduring to the end is repeatedly doing the other for over and over again
  • Building and improving with each repetition – drawing us closer to Jesus Christ each time
  • This momentum requires speed and direction – if we are continually rowing as hard as we can in the wrong direction, we will not make it where we need to go
  • Doing spiritual things needs to happen daily – just like it doesn’t work to binge food once a week on Sundays, it also doesn’t help us build spiritual momentum if we are only doing spiritual things once a week
  • We can always keep going, no matter how many times we’ve fallen; the important part is that we do not give up (circling back to the story - stopping for a rest is not giving up)
  • We must never stop failing, because the minute we do, we’ve failed.
  • Multiple covenants draw us closer to Christ and connect us more strongly to Him
  • The covenants are not in and of themselves the source of power – the source is our Savior Jesus Christ and the covenants are the conduit to that source
  • Comparing ourselves to others can lead to errors
  • Don’t judge others for struggling when you are struggling too
  • None of us earn salvation – we never can. ALL of us need all of the Saviors Infinite Atonement, not just part of it.
  • Our judgement is neither helpful nor welcome, and is most often ill informed.

Paul B Pieper

  • Trust exercises
  • It is not a relationship if one person trusts completely and the other does not
  • Trust is the foundation of all relationships
  • Use the precious gift of repentance liberally
  • Sometimes we just need to be willing to fall backward and let Him catch us
  • To build trust in the Lord: Learn about Heavenly Father, notice things He does for us, sometimes do crazy trust exercises
  • Sometimes the best way to trust God is just to trust Him
  • He is always stretching us to help us realize more of our divine potential – allow Him to give you more soul stretching experiences
  • Trust Him just a little bit more
  • If we ignore or decline an invitation our progress stops
  • We can choose to trust God today and every day going forward. Each time we do, God will be there to catch us and our relationship with Him will grow stronger and stronger.

Redeemer of Israel

Patrick Kearon

  • His plan is designed to bring you home, not to keep you out. No one has built a roadblock and stationed someone there to keep you away – instead God is relentlessly seeking you
  • Christ’s great atoning gift removes every roadblock that would separate us from our spiritual home
  • This life is the time to make mistakes, to learn and grow, to love God and our neighbor, and to return home
  • The intent of the Father’s plan of happiness is your happiness. The intent of the Father’s plan of redemption is your redemption. The intent of the Father’s plan of mercy is to extend mercy. The intent of the Father’s plan of salvation is your salvation
  • We still need to change and repent and turn towards Him
  • God always wants for us a radical reorientation
  • Transformative faith in Christ
  • None is excluded from this divine potential
  • He goes in search of His lost sheep until He finds you – He is not willing to leave any to perish. Infinite means infinite – covers you and those you love
  • If you are prone to worry that you will never measure up, then you misunderstand.
  • We do understand, can comprehend, the holy saving intent of His divine sacrifice.
  • His intent, His wish and His hope is all to heal you, all to give you peace, all to bring you and those you love home.

Brian K Taylor

  • Why do some receive their miracles quickly while others have to endure?
  • We don’t know (lovely)
  • We can choose to learn from our trials, but it is a choice
  • Trusting in God’s divine purpose brings hope to weary souls
  • My hands are not the hands that save – those hands belong to the Savior. – Remember the scars His hands bear on your behalf. Don’t look at your scars as a reminder of what you were unable to do.
  • Stronger faith comes by putting Jesus Christ first
  • John 16:33 “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
  • Brighter hope comes by envisioning our eternal destiny
  • Greater power comes by focusing on Joy
  • “Christs joy eats our trials”
  • John 14:18 “I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.”

His Eye is on the Sparrow

Dallin H. Oaks

  • The purpose of Temples and the history and role of covenants
  • Covenants are commitments
  • Wedding rings are to remind the wearers and others of the covenants made
  • See the end for the beginning and think Celestial
  • Temple is to help teach about the plan of salvation and introduce sacred covenants
  • Covenants do not take a day off!
  • All things are ours in exaltation
  • Being bound to Christ can give us strength

All Glory, Laud, and Honor

David A. Bednar

  • Be Still and Know that I Am God
  • Inner Spiritual Stillness of the Soul
  • Be Still = focusing on the Savior
  • Truth faith is focused in and on our Lord Jesus Christ
  • Spiritual stillness = the opposite of inner turmoil
  • A proper foundation ensures that the structure will remain sturdy and stable over time – requiring an attachment to bedrock.
  • We build the foundation – the Savior is the rock upon which we build
  • Faith is built upon the Savior
  • Sacred time and holy places are the same – focus your time and attention on God and His heavenly Plan
  • Sometimes being still means on the inside not the outside
  • Jesus is not the foundation He is the Rock upon which we build.
  • We may be perplexed by our trials and circumstances, but we will never be in despair.
  • The gospel doesn’t keep you from trials, but allows you to deal with them with the help of the Lord

Massimo De Feo

  • My physical sight is not good – what about my spiritual vision? Do I need any treatment there.
  • Can you see Christ spiritually, not physically? Or are you like the pharaseees?
  • We keep a clear spiritual vision when we focus on Jesus Christ and stay true to what we know to be true.
  • What we know to be true: Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. Don’t listen to the voices in the world that say that loving everyone isn’t reasonable/necessary/possible.
  • Declare your testimony in its entirety; don’t let anyone silence you
  • We keep a clear spiritual vision when we hear the voice of the Lord and allow Him to guide us.
  • Keeping a clear spiritual vision is about focusing my sight always on Jesus Christ
  • Jesus Christ is the answer for everyone

God Loved Us So He Sent His Son

Brent H Nielson

  • Witnesses of Christ
  • There has never been a better time to be a member of the church than today
  • 335 operating and announced temples!!!
  • You should leave the bubble
  • The truth of God will go forth everywhere
  • You and I are witnesses
  • Gathering israel has both missionary work and family history work
  • We are armed with righteousness and with the power of God in great glory

Jose L Alonso

  • Where do you find peace?
  • If we put the Savior at the center of our lives, we can find peace
  • Feeding 5000 men – plus women and children (Matt 14:21). Jesus gave thanks to his father, he was grateful rather than complaining that was all they had.
  • Solutions to our trials often don’t come from ourselves – but in God
  • “Imagine how much love he has for us if Christ was looking for peace and solitude, and he welcomed everyone to heal and help them”
  • When we encounter challenges, turn beyond them to Christ, and trust in his help
  • Even when looking for peace and solitude, Christ focused outside of Himself and welcomed everyone to heal and help them!
  • Adopting a Christ-centered perspective helps us turn trials into victories
  • Christ is a Healer, and we are ever-present in His mind and heart

Praise to the Lord the Almighty

Gerritt W Gong

  • 194 years since the restoration of the gospel!
  • Things will work together for our good
  • Sometimes we just need to have someone there when we’re upset – and that someone can always be God
  • Trusting the Lord can include trusting Him with our suffering and anger and misery
  • When we work together for good, we minister as Jesus Christ would
  • Spiritual First Responders
  • Going from neighbors who bring cookies to trusted friends
  • What happened there and then can bless us here and now

Michael T. Nelson

  • We can be trustworthy, beloved leaders of youth like Helaman and the stripling warriors: build relationships with them, council them, support them
  • Parents have a primary responsibility for teaching their children
  • No one serves in the church alone
  • Heavenly Father wants us to reach out to others, including the youth
  • Help them learn who they really are through how you feel about them
  • Follow promptings, even though we’re not perfect, to build relationships of love and trust
  • No program can replace the influence of loving, covenant keeping adults

How Great the Wisdom and the Love

Quinten L Cook

  • My focus should be on the Savior and on the Saviors Atonement
  • We are all children of a loving Heavenly Father
  • The Savior is the Keeper of the Gate
  • And He is the one who also pleads in our behalf
  • Being one with Christ = loving and building community
  • Requirements for baptism are uniquely simple – repenting before God
  • D&C 25 basic doctrine of the restored Church
  • All are invited to partake of the Lords Goodness and all are alike unto God
  • None are forbidden
  • All accountable persons are required to atone for their sins
  • All have a choice – all have agency
  • Essential to the plan of salvation
  • All are able to use their agency and ACT
  • Exercise our moral agency to choose Christ and keep His commandments
  • 2 Nephi 26:33
  • Both poor and rich have the same spiritual requirements
  • Many things occur of which we have little to no control
  • There is no chance, no destiny, no fate, that can hinder or control the firm resolve of a determined soul.” - Ella Wheeler Wilcox
  • Without agency we could not learn, progress, or choose immortal life

Church audit report – in the morning session? Normally afternoon

Did You Think to Pray

Jeffrey R. Holland

  • Awwwww the most fortunate of men!
  • More concentration, focus on the Savior, hope on His word, etc.
  • “Thanks are the highest form of thought. Gratitude is Happiness doubled by Wonder.” – Chesterton?
  • God hears every prayer we offer.

- Prayers are often answered differently than we expect

  • Our prayers are our sweetest hour, our most sincere desire, our most purest form of worship
  • Hesitation to pray doesn’t come from God.
  • Prayers should be spoken out loud. -It is a conversation with God
  • Listen to the spirit to know how to pray
  • If you don’t know what to pray for, just pray anyway!
  • Even the Savior had to pray to be closer to His Father – even He could pray “more earnestly.”

J Anette Dennis

  • You can look for a deeper meaning in all the things you read – how does this bring you closer to the Savior?
  • Jesus Christ is the center of ALL covenants we make.
  • Covenant relationships bless us, but it is out choice as to how,
  • Everything done in the Temple points to Gods plan for us. -Prayerfully seek the further meanings
  • Our symbolic outer clothing is only worn in the temple. Other than the garments, although those show that Jesus covers us.
  • Armor of Light – which is Christ
  • Choose to have a relationship with God by making and keeping covenants with Him

Alexander Dushku

  • Restoration began with a boys desperate prayer and a pillar of light
  • Rather than a pillar of light, the Lord sends us a ray of light – and then another, and then another
  • How do you experience the rays of light from the Lord? -Peace, impressions, desires, testimonies, hopefulness, prayer, feeling the love of God as you serve others
  • If we’re believing and repenting, we ARE living in revelation, even if we don’t recognize it or think we are experiencing it.
  • You cannot always expect big miracles and pillars of light – the Light comes line upon line, precept upon precept, here a ray and there a ray
  • Experiencing depression and anxiety make it difficult (sometimes impossible) to recognize the Spirit - Sometimes we don’t even know we are feeling the Spirit at all until after the fact!
  • Perhaps one ray is not enough for a Testimony, but together they can become a Light that will scare away the darkness.
  • D&C 93:36 “The glory of God is intelligence, or, in other words, light and truth.”
  • D&C 50:24 “That which is of God is light; and he that receiveth light, and continueth in God, receiveth more light; and that light groweth brighter and brighter until the perfect day.”

Press Forward Saints

Ulisses Soares

  • Covenant confidence through Christ
  • When we enter the Lords house, we embark on a sacred journey to become like Christ
  • What happens IN the temples is important
  • Remain Confident in Christ
  • Confidence in the covenants made with Jesus Christ is something you should pass on to your children
  • “My disciples shall stand in holy places and not be moved.”
  • Go to the temple with confidence and humility - Make preparations to go – not just for those going for the first time. We should be perpetually preparing - Will help with anxiety about worthiness
  • Home centered, Church supported, Temple Bound - Being Temple bound connects us to the Savior
  • Cast not away your confidence, instead let your confidence wax strong.

Jack N Gerard

  • Jesus Christ is our exemplar. - Integrity means being true to God, to each other, and to our identity.
  • Do what is right, let the consequence follow.
  • Exercise integrity in your choices
  • Would others see God through my conduct?
  • A life of integrity is not a life of perfection - Due to the fact that during this life you literally cannot be perfect - Perfection exists but not in me
  • Christian kindness is not a substitute for integrity - Meaning don’t be fake in your kindness? - Don’t be hypocrites?

I Know that My Savior Loves Me

Henry B Eyring

  • Story about going to the temple and finding out after the sealing that people have lost houses (teton dam break) and they left their kids at home and had to spend the night in a hotel and couldn’t make it home
  • “How can you sleep at a time like this?” - Whatever the outcome, all will be well because of the temple. We have made covenants - Apostles at gethsemane
  • John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
  • God will not abandon His relationship to all those who have covenanted with Him - He will never tire in His efforts to help us, and we will never exhaust His willingness to support us
  • Light and hope can come from keeping covenants, and they are opportunities to draw closer to God

Sunday Afternoon Session

Conducting: Henry B. Eyring

For All the Saints

Elder Dale G. Renlund

  • King Tutankhamun and the finding of Tuts tomb
  • He is our mark – if we imagine there is something beyond what He offers, we deny all His blessings
  • Focus on Him intentionally
  • Baptismal water doesn’t wash away sins. That is why we have the opportunity to repent.
  • Approach the sacrament the same way a new convert approaches baptism – with a contrite heart and spirit
  • With the temple close it can be easy to let little things get in the way of attending – do not take the temple for granted. When we do we look beyond the mark
  • Do not praise exotic sources for being enlightened – sometimes that is not the case
  • Remember and always focus on Jesus Christ. He is our Savior and Redeemer, the Mark towards whom we should look, and our Greatest Treasure

Elder John C Pingree Jr. 70

  • What is our understanding of truth in today’s world?
  • What is truth and why is it important?
  • Where do we find truth?
  • When we find truth how do we share it?
  • 1 God is THE source of eternal truth.
  • 2 The Holy Ghost testifies of all truth.
  • 3 Prophets receive truth from God, and share that truth with us
  • 4 We all play a crucial role in this process. God expects us to seek, receive and act on truth
  • Our ability to receive and understand truth is dependent on our relationship with God
  • Is the concept taught consistently in the scriptures and by living prophets?
  • Is it confirmed by the Holy Ghost?
  • Doctrine = eternal truths such as God is our eternal Father, Christ’s atonement etc
  • Unchangeable
  • Policy =application of doctrine based on current circumstances
  • Subject to change
  • Teach truth in a way that invites the converting power of the Holy Ghost
  • Truth should be conveyed with Christlike love – love without truth is hollow and lacks the promise of growth

Tell Me the Stories of Jesus

Elder Valeri V Cordon, 70

  • Help children establish a gospel culture
  • Righteous Intentional Parenting
  • 1 Teach Freely
  • Liberally, generously, and without restraint
  • Spend meaningful time with them, use church resources (church moveis, come follow me)
  • 2 Model Discipleship
  • By example keep the sabbath day holy, keep temple covenants.
  • 3 Invite to Act
  • To seek individual revelation, work for and nurture their own testimony
  • We are God’s agents for our children. Create an environment where they can feel His love and guidance.
  • Accidental conversion is not a principle of the gospel of Jesus Christ
  • God will do everything He can without violating your agency.
  • As a parent you should do the same

Elder J. Kimo Esplin, 70

  • Hawaii and the battle of Okinawa
  • Baptisms for the dead, and temple work. People being taught in the spirit world.
  • Temple blessings can heal so much.
  • The Saviors work is to bind people together

Rejoice the Lord is King

Elder Garrit W. Gong Q of 12

  • Morse code locket “I I you”
  • Multilingual “I” “I” (Chinese ai) “You” = I love you
  • Languages of Gospel love
  • Warmth and Reverence
  • Service and Sacrifice
  • Covenant and Belonging
  • Daily sacrifices matter
  • Remember to speak with warmth and reverence about the Lord’s work
  • Sometimes things can affect our ability to serve, but hopefully never our desire
  • You need to feel the Lord’s love for those you serve – and for you when you serve.
  • When we serve in the gospel together, we find fewer faults and greater peace
  • Remember to minister with your hearts
  • Sociality and service often go together
  • The more we serve the better we can understand the nature of Christ.

Elder Christophe G. Giraud-Carrier 70

  • 1 Samuel 16:7
  • God looks on the heart
  • We are His children, all of us without exception.
  • How sad is it that we honor labels more than we honor each other?
  • The gospel of Jesus Christ is the mediator
  • Discrimination is not ok
  • How we treat each other really matters.
  • I’ll Walk with You children’s song
  • Like Christ love others because it is the right thing to do.

Consider the Lillies

President Russell M. Nelson

  • What is the secret to living so long?
  • No what have I learned in almost a century if living
  • Heavenly Fathers plan for us is fabulous
  • This plan takes the mystery out of what comes next
  • What we do in this life matters
  • Savior’s atonement makes the plan possible
  • Adopt the practice of Thinking Celestial tm
  • Being spiritually minding
  • Mortality is a masterclass in learning what is of greatest eternal importance
  • Begin with the end in mind – carefully consider where each of your decisions will put you in the next life
  • Where will each decision place you? You get to choose
  • Take the long view – the eternal view
  • Put Jesus Christ first
  • Your obsession becomes your god – you look to it rather than to Him for solace
  • Struggling with addiction? Seek professional and spiritual help

Sweet is the Work

Conducting: Dallin H. Oaks

Go Forth with Faith

I’m Trying to Be Like Jesus

President M. Russell Ballard, Q of 12

  • Joseph Smith and the first vision
  • We are blessed by Joseph’s ministry
  • We have the knowledge that Jesus is the Christ because Joseph was worthy to get the plates
  • It is important to ensure your children know you believe them – and believe in them
  • Be a little better, a little kinder, a little more prepared.
  • He’s our Savior and Redeemer, our best friend

President Emily Belle Freeman, YW President

  • The Jesus Trail
  • The five finger promise
  • He doesn’t ask us to face challenges alone. He will invite us to walk with Him
  • He has promised to walk with us in the way
  • Jesus will meet us where we are, as we are
  • His is a mission of condescension – He will meet us where we are as we are
  • Staying where we are won’t bring us the deliverance we seek
  • It’s the covenant relationship that saves us
  • Just like a marriage, the wedding date is important but ultimately it’s what comes after
  • What relationship do you want to have with Him?
  • If you want to live in a continuous covenant relationship with him
  • Your place or placement on the path is not as important as progress
  • It’s not the course alone that will save us, it’s the companion our Savior

Adilson de Paula Parrella, 70

  • Witness through actions and words that Jesus is the Christ
  • Take upon you the name of Christ
  • Spain – attending a small church meeting
  • Brazil story
  • Everything in church (talks, testimonies, etc) should be about and focused on Jesus

Elder Quintin L. Cook, Q of 12

  • This is the time to prepare to meet God
  • Be the peacemakers
  • Have a peaceable walk among the children of men
  • Be peaceable followers of Jesus Christ
