You know what, fuck it. Figure skating is now my favorite sport. Unless there's another one that will let a competitor dress up in a silly costume and do all these silly jumps and wiggles and fall on purpose, IN THE OLYMPICS, there's no contest
I think the joy of Q Hayashida's works for me isn't just the humour and the copious amounts of gore... it's that she makes frankly horrible settings and people just... live there. Hole is attacked by zombies every year and people turned it into a festival where you can win raffle prizes. A restaurant has a toilet that opens directly into Hell and they use it to attract customers. Let's wave to the devils in the sky, they might wave back. Their worlds are so awful in so many ways but for these people this is just life. It's all good. The apocalypse happened and there is still street food and baseball. Isn't that great?

October can’t come soon enough
IT IS AUGUST
This has been in my likes since last year. It is time.
This is the 21st night of September skeleton. He only appears once a year.
Look stores are already putting up xmas shit. If xmas can start in September, Halloween can start in July
We now cannot let clients come into the clinic with their animals and this is quite frankly what we've ALWAYS DREAMED OF.
me 20 minutes ago, before i heard the title screen music for Solstice (NES):
me now, a permanently changed man:
this is an example of an objectively funny crime
Did... did they write "RIP" on the top of the cross?
From the article:
“The other archaeologists alleged that writing on the artifacts, supposedly from the second to the fifth centuries, contained words and spellings from hundreds of years later, modern commas and the mixed use of uppercase and lowercase letters, a practice which dates from after the eighth century.
The graffiti on some of the artifacts also contained hieroglyphics spelling out the name of the ancient Egyptian queen Nefertiti, who was probably unknown until her rediscovery in the early 20th century, and a Latin motto created around 1913 for an international court at The Hague in the Netherlands.”
They weren’t even trying lmao
