gf.me/u/czxqz6 This house was my great grandparents. My great grandfather passed away last year, and my great grandmother passed at the beginning of this year. My grandmother now has the house and it is falling apart. I will be honest and say that even though I did visit a few times, I didn't really pay attention to state this house was in.  Also, my grandparents don't live here alone, aside from myself and my two children, there are 3 other adults here, so there is money coming in, but there are also bills that were left behind.            I was informed upon moving in and attempting to get utilities transfered into my name, that the bills were unpaid and overdue. Of course we need our utilities, so I agreed to take on the unpaid bills. It added up to almost $2000, plus unpaid morgage payments. My family really have nowhere else to go, since we left our previous abode to keep from losing this house.         My grandparents are both disabled, my grandmother is on oxygen and is losing both her eyesight and hearing, she can't walk because her legs are like bones covered with skin, she spends the majority of her time in bed. My grandfather had a stroke in 2009, and lost the left side of his brain, he can't use the right side of his body. He's come a long way though, he uses a walker, but he drags his right leg. We had to teach him to talk again, and he's is really good now, he just forgets names sometimes.       The funds I'm asking for will be used for repairs. We need doors, a stove, pipes, there are holes in walls theres mold, one room has no electricity, the air conditioner doesn't work, there are air conditioners in the windows, but it's getting cooler soon, and we have no heat, we need new carpet, a new refridgerator, new cabinets, one bathroom is in such bad shape, we don't even open the door.  We have no cold water in the kitchen, and we have to use pliers to turn on the hot water in the tub. We can't use the bathroom sink, because there are holes in the pipe that we were told were supposed to be fixed, but were actually taped over and still leak.        My great grandma's last wish was for us to keep her house, so we don't want to leave it. If we can't fix at least the minor problems, we may have to though. This money will not only benefit my family, it will allow us to continue to grant my great grandmother's dying wish.        Any and all help, is greatly appreciated. At the moment, we can't offer anything in return. Maybe at a later time though we can have a bar-b-cue or something to thank everyone for their help.
