We should not be satisfied with a 1 time stimulus check of $1200. If this crisis has shown us anything, its that a poor social safety net puts us ALL at risk. Any one without health care, ANY ONE without housing, ANY ONE without paid sick leave puts us ALL at risk.
Basic Income, Single Payer Healthcare, guaranteed paid sick leave- these are things we need to push for. Eventually this crisis will end, and we need to be stronger on the other side of it.
