-evie was held back a year in elementary school
-she’s super fucking athletic (she didn’t try out for cheer, she’d actually try out for the school’s official sports teams
-muscles for DAYS man like she could bench press steve i swear
-when she first met sylvia in junior high, she had a major crush on her. unfortunately for her, it was unrequited
-it lasted all the way up until freshman year of high school, when steve asked her out for the first time
-she’s an average height, but loves wearing wedge heels, just to be taller than her gang and all of steve’s shitty friends (the curtis gang)
-she’s half puerto rican
-evie’s relationship with her parents is actually pretty healthy. she doesn’t get into trouble with the police as often as sylvia or kathy (i mean,, she still does but, not as often) but she DOES wear heavy make up and smoke and drink and all the other things included in the Greaser Girl Starter Pack
-her grades are kind of terrible but that’s just because she doesn’t care
-in the summer when school is out, she plays for Tulsa’s community women’s baseball league and is one of the best on the team
-she also takes part in those underground boxing matches women would have in the 60s on like rooftops and shit
-she fucking loves roller skating and has been doing it as a hobby since she was 8
-high waisted shorts and back tied crop tops are her signature look
-steve takes her out every friday night, usually to the bowling alley and she fucking loves it (she usually wins, but sometimes she lets him have it)
-sandy is her closest friend, but they get into petty arguments a lot
-she gets into a lot of physical fights (not because she has a lot of enemies, but she really believes in Fighting For What You Believe In)
-the first “fight” she got into was with a soc boy in second grade, when he told her she shouldn’t wear her hair short
