I know I never post anything :/. It's not because I don't love each and every one of you, but more because I'm a lazy bastard who doesn't cosplay enough. On the other hand, I'm going to have a pretty awesome winter soldier cosplay soon! So. Yeah :)
Okay, this is probably going to be in multiple parts, but I have a story for you. Back in 2013 at connecticon, I met you and we were both cosplaying Cas. It was outside during the rave and you like spotted me from across the courtyard and started
I only got parts one and two! I'm dying for part three!
Did you know that you look kind of like Orson Welles?
I guess I'd never noticed haha. Looks like im slated to die a long slow death due to raging alcoholism!
This was the first clue everyone
I’m even more in love with my laptop now TT w TT
Gorgeous decal by Pennavir Crafts! Get one!! They have the other Avatars as well :’D
Having trouble getting out of bed in the mornings? Try stabbing yourself in the leg! It will give you the boost you need to stumble screaming from your house to face the day.

PAX east anyone?
I actually think that's really cool! Your forging I mean. If you don't mind me asking, how long does the process tale on average for a given piece? Accounting for size and type of metal?
That all depends on what you're trying to make. The smaller the piece the less time, obviously. But if I was trying to make a stiletto it would take a lot more working on the blade to get it where it wants to be. The metal can make a significant difference as well. The higher the carbon content is the more force it takes to move it. One hammer strike on a piece of low-carbon steel, known as mild steel, can achieve the result of several hits on something harder like spring steel or tool steel. All told the BFK (Big Fuckin Knife) will probably take somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 hours. Of course, that all hinges on how finished I grind the blade. I could leave it relatively rough and save some time, or I could take it to a wide wheel and give it a hollow grind, or a flat grind.
This is not the most finished example of my forging habit, but there it is. I'm sure you can see where it's going.
Actually follow the link http://youtu.be/HlJ6FC_GIbU I got interviewed at Boston comicon. And yeah. Go team.
