Fiitaholic is coming back :)

Hey, guys!

I don't know if you remember me, but I used to run this blog last year. I'm surprised to see that I still have 2k+ people following me :O so, I want to say that I'm coming back now. ^^

I was totally off of my workout/healthy eating life because I thought I was going too hard. Actually, I think that I may have developed some kind of E.D., because I was honestly obsessed with being fit and, personally, I don't think it's nice to be obsessed with this kind of thing. I mean, it's important to have a healthy lifestyle, but when it becomes unhealthy and turns into an obsession it's time to stop - at least in my conception.

Meanwhile I was away from here, I discovered feminism and I realized that the fitblr world have some fatphobic people - and that I was one! I want to make it clear that this blog do not support fatphobia anymore. Just because I didn't like to be fat, it doesn't mean that being fat is terrible and that everyone should be thin and fit. Fat people, especially fat woman, suffer a lot with all the world telling 'em it's wrong: we should not support this. Loving your body independent of standards of beauty is the most cool thing ever! :-)
