I am thoroughly enjoying the blackberries this year. The crop is very abundant and with the recent drop of rain they are beginning to swell, (before they were like hard seedy black bullets). Straight from the fairy shoe pipeline... Teabar in Nightshade Woodlander with Kingfisher butterfly accent. So many orders for this new colour but I was especially itching to make these. So much love for the Peacock blue. It keeps popping up in your orders, over and over. True cobalt blue. A surprisingly useful colour in wardrobes. I like it especially now I have silvering hair. In the workshop... I have a busy weekend planned. Cutting insoles, finishing teabar shoe uppers and prepping for cutting the first tall boot orders on Monday morn. Also... I shall be listing a couple of new sparkle leathers later. Limited edition so don't dally if you fall in love. I am so busy I don't think I shall have a full day off till about 2050 🤣 thank goodness for long tea breaks! On the home front... It won't be all be work and no play. Mr Fairysteps, who rather magically brings me 'found things' from the land has just brought me this treasure. This glorious lichen was on the ground, fallen from the tree that was home.
