had trouble choosing colours for ash's shoes at first, but landed on blue so it helps solidify the accidental "ash having cool/dark colours to skye having yellow/bright colours" thing i got going on. the swap in headwear type was intentional tho!

OG Skye was a blue Tails recolour without any different markings, so I think I added the markings when I changed his species from fox to a wolf/husky mix. I assume that the species switch was one of the last major things I did for mobian!Skye before permanently changing him into a human.

This has a surprisingly easy answer cuz Skye used to have a fossil Pokémon once upon a time!
Back before I put Greyverse through a soft reboot, Skye had an Archen/Archeops named Ark.
Sadly, I don’t remember how Skye caught Ark or what the little guy’s personality was like as a lot of info from that time (over 10 years ago now oof) has been lost. I have thought about bringing him back, considering that there is a dude in the Alola games who wants to make Poké!Jurassic Park and that could give me an excuse for some fossil Pokémon stuff lol
And then there’s Ash with a Shieldon instead of his canonical Dracovish. This choice is based on the fact that he has a weird thing going on with yellow/orange ceratopsians when it comes to his voice actors. Veronica Taylor voiced Max from Dinosaur King, who has an electric triceratops partner (basically just ash and pikachu, 4kids! knew what they were doing with the casting choices for that show) and his JPN VA Rica Matsumoto voiced Cera for most of the Land Before Time sequels.

And here we are 24 moons into Strike Clowder! A lot of cats ended up in the medicine den by the end of this year, so hoping they survive into Year 3 and onwards. I am hoping that someone has kits in the next year, cuz we've not had any newborns and I wanna see those potatoe sprites!
And we start Year 2 by showing off the roster of the cats who have died since the beginning of the game. Moving forward, I'll start off every yearly update by drawing the cats who've died during that year, so you won't be seeing me draw these guys again unlike the living cats. Also don't expect constant updates--that'd kill my ass.
