The owner of Glittering Cloud (http://centchi.deviantart.com/) has stated multiple times that she does not own a Google+ Account:
On her DA account, there are blatent recolors and uncredited bases:
I want to add how difficult it has been for Centchi and for all of us who have tried our best in the past few weeks to report this girl. Google has a form system for creators who have had their work infringed upon and upon filling it out, it took WEEKS for google to finally respond. During that time, people have tried commenting on this girl’s google+ only to have their comments removed minutes later and their emails blocked from accessing the page.
Also during that time, she has made not one but TWO accounts on DA for the purpose of mocking or harassing Centchi. The second account is the one in the OP, emma-the-art-time.
With each passing day, this person has continued to post more stolen Glittering Cloud art and fan art, from various sources. Google finally acted upon the mass of reports by…. removing only the specific pieces of art that had been reported on her google+ account. The thief has responded to this by deleting the empty posts and posting 7 NEW PIECES OF STOLEN ART
THE VERY NEXT DAY.
The way I see it, this person will not stop no matter what you say to her, and no matter how many times you report her. It’s hard to say why the thief is doing all this and why she is so stubbornly clinging onto Glittering Cloud. Perhaps she’s doing this for all the artificial popularity that she’s gaining (as of this posting, her google+ has over 200k views, though I’m sure that a lot of those views are from people trying to get her banned). Perhaps she’s doing this because she has some kind of grudge on Centchi, even though she doesn’t know this girl. Maybe she’s just seeing how far she can take this and is treating all of this like a game.
Whatever this is, it is sick and it is causing Centchi and the people around her massive grief and stress. If there’s anything that anyone can do, even if it’s just to show support or to spread awareness of this thief, it would be greatly appreciated.
I want to remind everyone that it’s not just Centchi’s art and characters at stake here, everyone who has EVER drawn Glittering Cloud for her is at risk of their art being stolen by this person.
BronyCAN 2014 Wrap Up
If you didn't know already, BronyCAN has been a major part of my life this year being head of the art department, and after devoting every sunday for 10 months and breaking my back prepping my artwork and cosplay a month before the con, it all paid off. It was amazing! I had more sleep at the con than I did the week before XD and it felt so awesome just getting to hang with my people, talking with various VIP's, and seeing old friends again.
I didn't win anything in the cosplay contest, but the mass amount of heart warming comments from everyone made me glad I toiled until 3am every night leading up to BronyCAN to enhance the con goer's experience. Unfortunately my point and shoot is a bit crummy in quality, but here are some pics:
