This broke my heart!

He always acts so confident and happy, but it turns out he's actually more alone than I first thought ;_;

After we went to my house, he kept giving me random gifts and repeatedly saying that he's so glad he's found a friend. Don't know whether to feel happy or sad!

Alli was camping in dwallins' town yesterday and I couldn't adopt her because my town is full ;_;

This happened just some days after I was unable to adopt Alfonso because Tutu pinched his spot, and now Gayle is asking to move out (she's not leaving) having only just recently moved into Fernwood! WHAT IS WITH THESE GUYS?! Why is it so hard to get a few crocodiles and keep them here :'S

humanlnature was complaining that he couldn't draw... and then created this awesome work!! I call bullshit on his 'lack of drawing ability'. I love it! 

Also, he's just recently started up a new ACNL blog at ifukingloveapples, so go send him a follow (and a swift kick for stealing my catchphrase).

dwallins and I always greet each other with the same ritual, which involves savagely attacking each other with axes and then taking advantage of the other person when they get stuck in a pitfall...

dwallins and humanlnature came over to my place on the weekend, so we hopped between our towns and did a bunch of fun things including smashing everyone else in the fishing competition it was awesome!!

GUESS WHO'S FINALLY MOVING IN TO FERNWOOD?! She took quite a bit of convincing (seriously, I tried 4 or 5 times before she finally agreed), but Gayle will soon be a (permanent) resident, and it's all thanks to baekycakes! They were kind enough to make sure this evasive gator decided to move despite mismatched time-zones, connection crashes and an unexpected new resident taking up her spot in my town. They were super-helpful and have a beautiful village, and I'm grateful for everything :3 Can't wait to see her in my town!

I've just gone and followed a bunch of adoption/cycle town blogs in the hopes that I will find one of my dream villagers. If you happen to have any of these guys in your town and they decide to move out, please let me know! :) (Gayle is proving especially difficult to get hold of- I've gone to adopt her 3 times now, and every time something has prevented me from being able to do so!)

Apologies for being inactive lately! Uni is starting to pick up the pace again, which means less time for both AC and Tumblr :/ This will be some sort of super-post to catch up on the things that happened in Fernwood recently:

A few other of the usual things have changed- T&T upgraded again, my house has expanded a little, but otherwise nothing much to report. A huge welcome to new followers and thanks to everyone for following, you're all awesome :3

Item-Drawing Trade?

I need a bunch of items for my town and have also recently been a victim of the "I-invited-my-animal-crossing-newbie-friend-to-my-town-and-he-took-all-my-special-flowers-and-ruined-a-whole-section-of-my-town" scenario. So I'm in need of a few bushes and flowers to replace those he took and/or to help shape some park areas of my town. I can do these little drawing thingies (see examples below) in return, but I can also offer any kind of fruit (expect perfect) and/or some bells (though I'm not very rich), and other items. While I'm often slow at drawings, I can draw either your favourite character or your 'sona'/oc/whatever they're called, or design a totally new one for you based on any personality and preference info you provide. I could also take a shot at drawing your mayor, but my humans never turn out quite right. Here's a bunch of simple drawings I've done before for myself and others, either as gifts or as part of similar trades: 

They're nothing spectacular, buuut others seemed interested, so hopefully some of you like them too. I can also draw in other styles if you wish, but I'll just assume you want them drawn like this unless you say otherwise.
