Wei Ying turned around. He saw a face that he hadn’t seen in years, one that he never thought he’d see again.

With the suns light behind him, sillohuetting him like a halo, stood his closest friend. A man he once believed to be his soulmate.

“Lan Zhan?” He gasped.

I made a fan art of a scene from my friends WIP!

It’s an au where instead of destroying the Stygian Tiger Seal when the sects kill all the Wen Remnants, Wei Ying packs up what he can and sends a letter to Lan Zhan with a plea that he takes care of A-Yuan, and a confession of the love he’s always felt for him.

Wei Ying leaves the burial mounds and sets out for a destination unknown, telling no one of his plans, leaving his old life behind and finding an unlikely family in a small village in a far away forest.

The whole cultivation world thinks him dead. Until one day Lan Zhan and a few of the deciplels pass through the small village on their way to complete a mission.

Mo Xuanyu’s life sucks a lot. Then he meets Jiang Yanli who, once hearing his story, practically adopts him.

Quite some people already said they liked my style of drawing hands, so I thought I could explain some things? Maybe it helps someone…?

Okay so luckily I’m working on a commission right now so let’s do this!

So I got the arm and I’m ready to figure out the hand! So I’m gonna draw a vague hand shape

This is the shape of the palm! Now to figure out where the fingers go

So the circles represent the knuckles! And the next shape shows about where the fingers go when they stick together. You gotta remember that they almost make a triangle shape because your middle finger is your tallest finger! After you have vague shapes you can figure out how the fingers need to be drawn

Then add the thumb close to the wrist! It barely goes past the first knuckle so remember that! See how I kept the middle finger longer? Then the pinkie will be the shortest and the other fingers are generally the same size!

After that you just gotta remember that your fingers have 3 places they can bend! So when you draw closed fingers it’s more like this

Also references are your best friend! You got two great ones attached to you ;) you can always borrow your families too or look online! I find doing a motion of what I want to draw helps me figure stuff out a lot of the time but if I get really stuck I generally look online! Hope this helps!!

a chart of potion effects + the way they change a player’s eyes. feel free to use these in whatever if u want, i dont mind if u dont credit but like.. lemme see if u do

the level or strength of the potion doesn’t have any particular sort of effect on how severe the look is, though mixing two or more potions (for example, a strength and slow falling potion) results in eyes that seem to swirl with both/all the colors that come with those potions
