See these are the videos I LOVE to watch from Simone. Not TV, eye level, right on the floor so you can really see the technique. the fast round - off, long quick handspring and impeciable hip rise for the double lay. Not to mention the height she gets. I haven’t seen her do a regular double lay since like….2014ish. Amazing
