Woke up early to start eating, halfway through the day and I’m at roughly 8,000 calories and hungry for more :))

Get outside and start digging.

I saw this on my timeline on the other website and I was disappointed. How brainwashed you have to be?

Not all privileges, but some of them can be earned by working hard. I can work hard and become rich: invest my money in the right way and in a couple of years I will have a class privilege(upper class). And yes, I’m the one who have done all of the work, so I’ve earned it. Same with people who work on their bodies, follow strict diets and etc. It doesn’t come to them from nowhere, they are the ones doing the work-working, so they earned the privilege. It’s different from skinny people who were born this way, no matter how much they eat, but they stay skinny. They obviously didn’t earn the privilege.

What concerns me more, is the fact that you call skinny people as people with privilege. Like, yes it’s cool to have 2 size jeans and S size everything else, but is it always healthy and why is it called beautiful??? It should not be called a privilege at the first place. Hopefully I don’t have to explain possible problems of skinny people, such as bulimia, anorexia, anxiety, no friends because they are envy, boys that still don’t like you and etc

“A new study looking at factors that influence stomach cancer found that alcohol, processed meats, and obesity all increase the risk of the disease. With that confirmation, obesity is now linked to 11 different types of cancer.

Carrying excess body fat increases the risk of stomach cancer by 23% for every five-unit-increase in body mass index, according to the report released Thursday aby the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) and the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF). It’s also linked toother major cancers like breast cancer, colon cancer, and thyroid cancer.”

“The report analyzed 89 studies available globally on stomach cancer, diet, physical activity, and weight. It’s the first such comprehensive review of existing literature since 2007 and covered some 17.5 million adults, of whom 77,000 were diagnosed with stomach cancers.”

“More than a third of Americans are obese. Another third are overweight. One study using National Cancer Institute data estimated that about 34,000 new cancer cases in men and 50,500 in women were due to obesity. The types of cancers varied widely, but the risk was elevated by as much as 40% for some cancers like endometrial cancer and esophageal adenocarcinoma.”

“The burden of obesity-linked cancers is expected to grow exponentially, leading to about half a million new cancer diagnoses in the U.S. by 2030, the NIC estimated. The group’s analysis found that this could be avoided if every adult reduced his or her body mass index by 1%. In fact, this could potentially prevent about 100,000 new cancer cases by 2030.”

Encouraging obesity is not body positivity it is a one way ticket to an early grave. Learn that real love is self care and preservation not burying emotions in buckets of food.

You're perfectly fine. If you want to tone and get fit then that's your own choice and you need to work for it.

I never believe people who tell you " you aren't fat" because after i lost 40lbs people came up to me and said "tbh yea you were kinda chubby but now you are really small and good looking" people lie to save the feelings when they should be honest.

People can't handle he truth and want their safe bubble of delusion
