Hey Everyone ! I have the pleasure to annouce that the Kickstarter of RUINE is now available on kickstarter !! Reblog is 💖 !
Heeyy, check this, I drew a short comic for this~ I’ll post some previews & sketches soon!
I’m barely here anymore, but I read too many books this year so there! (I have mixed feelings on counting audioboooks for myself though since I often retain very little from them, and if they were not counted I would have fallen short of goal, so there’s that.)
Some highlights: Gaiman’s Norse Mythology was short but fun; Jemisin’s Broken Earth trilogy was great; The Letters of Vincent van Gogh was more worth reading than expected; Tyrant: Shakespeare on Politics was excellent and fiercely topical; Sapiens and (mostly the last half-ish of) 21 Lessons by Harari were very good; and Word by Word was a real pleasure at the end of the year.
Next year I may try to read less quantity and read more that I will like (but also work to strech beyond comfort zone, always a thorny puzzle).

A little halfway celebration. I decided this year to do all the inktobers on two sheets of illustration board, so here’s the first one done, and most of the tools I used--Tachikawa G nib, 2mm non-photo blue leadholder, Pentel pocket brushpen, and Platinum Preppy fountain pen.
