Hey Folks,

It’s been awhile. I’ve decided to take on the NYC marathon this year on the 6th of November. It’s without a doubt the craziest decision I’ve made in my life given the fact that this is a very difficult challenge to pursue (also my first time), but I’m willing to take the risk and work hard for one reason, and that's to help raise money for the Shoe4Africa Charity Foundation. (A charity that focuses on improving the lives of African children through health & educational projects.)

I’m doing the best I can in conditioning myself to be able to run and finish this marathon (I started training in the month of June and hopefully will be seeing more progression until the day we get out there), so If you’d like to help support me in this effort, please donate however much you can to this wonderful charity I'm running for. Every dollar counts! Even the smallest amount. Also don’t forget that these donations to Shoe4Africa are tax deductible.

A mighty thank you to you guys for taking the time to read and for whatever amount you donate. My absolute best,

Miguel

what camera do you use and what lenses do you use when you do fashion and portraits? love your photography!

Thanks! Unfortunately, I’m still on my Nikon D300, which is around 8 years old. I definitely need an upgrade, but hey it does the job! It’s definitely my old reliable. As for the lenses, I usually just shoot on my Nikkor 50mm f/1.8

Just wondering. When are you going back to Manila? :)

I have no definite answer as of the moment, I wish I had one, but hopefully next year during summer!

Hi! What kind of camera and lens are you using especially when you are shooting the design works?

The last set of projects I shot was with a Canon 5D Mark II, together with a lighting set that we had from my old job. The lens was just a 50mm!
