Hi there! I’m in LOVE with your SU cosplays from Colossalcon. I’ve always wanted to cosplay, and I have once at an extremely small local con, but honestly...I’m a 6ft tall girl built like a linebacker who’s plus sized. I have literally like -105 self esteem, and even going to cons out of costume can be a bit daunting at times. Do you have any advice for someone like me? Thanks!!! :)

I’m 5’8 I have shoulders broad af and I’m sitting at 220. I don’t know any advice other than to go out and TRY something. Do whatever you want to do cosplay wise and do your best to not care what others think. You’re going to be amazing at whatever you do I can 100% say that honestly. I wouldn’t be where I am today without stepping out of my comfort zone. Cosplay helped me with my body image issues by helping me view myself a different way. IM BAD AT WORDS IM SO SORRYY.

My Diamond 💎🧡✨ I can not believe how incredible the photos we got back from our Pink Diamond and Jasper shoot are. Legitimately I’ve never had such a fun time cosplaying with someone as I did with @kellykirstein. She embodied Pink Diamond better than I could have hoped for, and we got to do super cute shots. I’m so grateful I got to cosplay with her finally after we talked about it at C2E2 last year. Thank you for giving me this gay ass opportunity! 💎🧡✨ My wig is made out of 3 (yes three) Ashley’s by @ardawigs in Pure White. It’s incredibly light weight for something so big and I couldn’t be happier. Kelly’s is a Hansel in Light Pink from Arda as well! My armsocks were made out of @welovecolors @welovecolorscosplay tights in gold. I’m wearing @kryolanofficial Aquacolor in the color 309 and @graftobianmakeup Pro Paint in the color Crimson Red. My lipstick is Lipsense from @rooslastinglips! If you tell her I sent you, you can get 15% off a color from now until my birthday (March 9th)! This stuff lasted me all day and didn’t smear, smudge, or crack at all. I used the color Shes Apples for Jasper. And I’m so glad I did. Kelly’s gem was made by the amazing @hamsterparade and her bodysuit (leotard???!?!) was made by @holicmodedesign !💎🧡✨ 📷; @cosfame
