He’s tagging everything with one spell so I kill it, but he gets credit. So he REFUSES TO LOOT until there’s a lot dead and I can’t skin, so when I walk away he mass loots and skins all my kills.

This is disgusting. If you do this, you’re terrible. Don’t hijack people’s kills so you can get a little bit ahead. Don’t piggyback on shit you didn’t participate in besides one little tap.
