Update? 5/8/16

Hey guys! So I wanted to update y’all on where the majority of my time has been spent and that I’m not abandoning this blog even with my busyness! I joined an amazing RPG that I’ve literally been stalking since this past September and it’s an absolute blast!! It’s called Riddles Regime and it’s an 18+ Marauders Era First Wizarding War RP and the people are totally fantastic and the characters are amazing. It IS a canon rp (which tbh I never thought I’d be into after experiencing the wonderful world of OCs and Indie) but I play Ashling Diggory (Cedric’s mother) and she honestly feels so completely mine. The characters are all so well developed and the rpers are such a lovely group! If you’re interested I HIGHLY recommend you check them out because I honestly wish I’d joined sooner!! I also have finals this week and I have to move out and head home and so I probably won’t be back here until I settle in at my parents new house!! I love you guys and good luck to my fellow college students and anyone struggling with life rn! We can do it!!! <3 TL;DR: I’m busy with finals meaning I probs won’t be on for at least another week or two and if you’re a Harry Potter fan like I am and you’ve always wanted to explore the Marauders Era or just more of the HP universe I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you check out this 18+ First Wizarding War RP called Riddles Regime (http://riddlesregime.tumblr.com) because it’s amazing!! I play Cedric’s mother Ashling Diggory. I love all of you and I know that we can all get through whatever it is each of us are going through right now! <3

200,000 Rare Books Are Inside 300 Year Old Dublin Library

The Long Room, as this 300 year old library has been dubbed, is stowed away in a corner of Dublin’s Trinity College. The magnificent library is boasted to be the largest in Dublin, and contains over 200,000 rare books that would make any scholar, student or teacher make a permanent nest within these 65 feet long walls holding a precious amount of knowledge. The library was built in 1712 and 1732, and is dotted with Peter Scheemakers’s famous bust sculptures.

So this week is kind of crazy and this weekend was as well and replies will come...just not this week most likely. I just have way too much going on especially the next few days and as much as I would love to I’m just too exhausted by the time I get to my room to do anything but stare at things on my computer screen and change for bed. Reblog if you are willing to roleplay with an ESL student

For those of you who don’t know, ESL stands for English as a Second Language.
 It has happened to me more than one time to be discriminated because my sentence structure is a bit different and since people care so much for being literate, I would like to know those who don’t really discriminate, as long as it is understandable and it doesn’t show horrible mistakes that makes it hard to read.

Lanie glanced at him, both nervous and quite conflicted. It wasn’t that she was opposed to physical contact in any way, it was just...she never usually let anyone get close enough to do it as a way to comfort and express that they cared. Everything was always so light, so playful, so meaningless and it was a comfort to her. Keep people from seeing this side of you and you never have to worry about what could happen next--never have to worry about feeling truly attached to someone. “I...” she took her lip between her teeth and pulled softly repeatedly until she met his gaze again, “I...yeah. I guess...I guess that’s okay. A hug might be kind of nice, actually.” she knotted her hands together in front of her, hoping he wouldn’t see the way they trembled. No one had really held her since she’d lost her mother, and now that she had agreed to let Jake try...her stomach was rolling with the possibilities. Dear god, she hoped she wasn’t making a mistake.
