{It happened so suddenly the blonde couldn’t have protested even if she’d wanted to. {Truth be told she’d always thought of Hannibal in this way, pictured what he’d be like in a more intimate setting. The idea unsettled her as well as intrigued her all at the same time. 'I don't feel as if I'm being very professional,' {she reasoned out loud} 'It wouldn't be right, Hannibal. I don't think it would be wise for you to kiss me again. I am your psychiatrist not your friend and most definitely not your lover.' {It pained her to say the words but she knew she had to, even if she didn't mean them fully}

{A well maintained eyebrow rose upward as the doctor listened to the young woman speak. Her tongue gliding over her lips as a tiny smirk dared to pull at her features.
