they played “i’ll stop the world and melt with you” in stranger things and my mom was like “i love that song” and i was like “me too!” and she was like “how TF do you know that song?!” and i didn’t have the heart to tell her it was from the cinematic masterpiece of our time, Sky High (2005).

Okay, okay. So, with Javier Muñoz officially taking over the role of Alexander Hamilton and Lexi Lawson officially taking over the role of Eliza Schuyler Hamilton on July 11th, I cannot help but ask myself: Couldn’t they have picked a better day?! 

I mean, we all know what happened on July 11th, right?

I’m excited about this change, I truly am. And I’m sure that Lexi and Javier are going to be spectacular in taking over these roles, so happy for them.

But, isn’t the show scared of jinxing it by sending them out the day Hamilton got shot?!

I dunno, I do not know. Seems to be pretty risky if you ask me.
