(OdahviingRP) Odahviing hadn't really expected much after his trip to investigate the borders of Akavir. Hot food and warm mead, a soft bed and his perfect wife alone with him for the night. That sounded good. Better than getting home to find Zoe and Beatrice doing a puzzle at the table, windows open to let in the spring breeze. While he doesn't love his daughter and sister, he was hoping for some alone time with Roxy and her lack of presence is confusing. "Where is Rosa?"
Zoe had gotten used to playing the Nanny for her sister, and actually enjoyed it a lot, although it meant spending less time with her family as they were out doing politics. Beatrice was a good kid, if occasionally a handful. She got it from her father.
“She’s still at Dragonsreach. Should be back any time.” Beatrice, in the meantime, wiggled herself off the bench and went running towards Odahviing.
Odahviing gives Beatrice a kiss on the cheek and a raspberry for good measure, smiling as she giggles. As soon as Roxy opens the door, stepping aside to let them out, all he sees is her. How the sun hits her hair, her bright smile at her family.
Her presence is enough for him to start physically reacting, the sight of her, so close, has him nearly breathless with desire and he knows she can feel it through their soul link, their Sil Gron.
Roxy had spent about an hour filling Balgruuf in on what was happening in the rest of Skyrim. The rest of the time was spent complaining about the rest of Skyrim. Well, she was complaining. At any rate, she was glad to be home, and glad to have some time to relax. She sends Zoe off with a wink, having caught wind of her sister’s romantic endeavors.
It had been a while since she and her husband had any kind of extended alone time, and she could feel how much he’d wanted her. She started pulling her boots off as soon as she walked in, hoping for a few quiet minuted before things got started. “How was Akavir?”
Odahviing steps over quickly when Roxy steps in and closes the door before rubbing her shoulders, pressing his thumbs into the tense muscles.
Growling gently, Odahviing nuzzles Roxy’s neck as he rubs her shoulders, nibbing gently at the skin.
“It was quiet, boring. Being home is much better.”
His hands slowly travelled down her arms, to her waist and Odahviing pulls his wife flush to himself, almost groaning against her neck.
“Switch with me? I’ll go wander the wastes and you can deal with politics. It will be great, I promise,” She groans, having known how tense she was and glad for some relief.
She embraces him, grinning. “Miss me?”
Odahviing snorts, kissing Roxy softly. “That is an understatement and you know it.”
He kisses her harder this time, waiting until she responds to lick her lip and suck it between his teeth, growling at the act and taste of her. He really, really missed Roxy.
Pulling back, he nudges her head gently to the side so he can treat her earlobe to the same as her lip. “I’d travel the stars and wonder if your smile is still as bright and splendid. I’d think of how we fought while watching outposts. I’d wonder if you missed me too.”
He grins against her cheek. “Do you want me to tell you about what I imagined as I hid in a cave, a meager tent and bedroll to keep me warm alongside my thoughts?”
