Oh, her little happy hop around the settee. I headcanon that (like with opening the heavy pocket doors) Rumple actually does lots of small magic on the sly to make Belle’s life easier. Smoothing out the cobblestones so that her spike heels don’t trip her up? Easy peasy. Can’t quite reach the top bookshelf in the Dark Castle? Discreet hand wave and the ladder grows longer. Burnt the holiday bundt cake again? Nope, false alarm, Belle. You’re an ace chef.

You know, season 4 was a let down in a lot of ways. But never forget that it gave us Rumplestiltskin eating ramen in a bathrobe and checking his e-mail.

For that alone I am eternally grateful. 

Word.

You know, we have failed as a fandom for not having written “Belle tracks down Rumple in NYC to see if they can work things out and she walks in on him in a bathrobe eating noodles and listening to Celine Dion’s All by Myself”.

If working the Brown Bathrobe of Despair into a Rumbelle love scene is wrong, then I don’t want to be right.

Hah, Clothilde is after Clotho, one of the Fates, isn’t she? Who are also called the Moirai, hence Moira, yes? Has anyone else caught that yet? This was lovely, Cupid and Psyche was always one of my favourite of the Greek myths. And her taking him right in hand and urging him to find his pleasure was incredibly hot, I think being invisible would make me bolder in a situation like that.

The Beta Thursday

A few of you expressed an interest in The Beta so, if you’re still into it and if you can remember them, I’ll answer questions for The Beta today.

I’m nearly done with the next chapter for The Partner. Ironically, I probably would have finished it yesterday if I didn’t do The Partner Wednesday. No regrets! I should have it up today, but we’re also having a play date here so we’ll see how that goes. :)
