Well since he's an alicorn it wasn't a big deal, it's normal for their anatomy to be that way

Yep she's an alicorn and also I like the idea that she's physically similar to the Saddle Arabia ponies (even tho we've only seen earth ponies of this region, maybe they have royalty and they're alicorns too ;v;)
