October goals update Even with getting sick over the weekend I've managed to stay on track with my goals! I also started journaling my healthy habits. C for crossfit. Y for yoga. Did crossfit 5x and yoga 4x! Feeling so good about that! I had one semi cheat meal but I didn't overeat which is a big win for me! Now I need to keep it up for this week!!

Breakfast-3 eggs spinach and a kiwi

Snack-green tea w/ honey. Handful of cashews.

Lunch-Greek hummus wrap (pictured)

Snack-Greek yogurt and granola

Dinner-Baked Sweet potato with BBQ chicken lettuce onion and cheddar cheese.(pictured)

Been a good week! Hopefully I can keep it up through the weekend!

- Gross sweaty tshirts and you looking like roadkill

Honestly thats the stuff I find inspirational, not the posed airbrushed magazine crap.GO! GO! GO!

Lunch-turkey hummus feta black olive cucumber in a wheat wrap (pictured and freaking delicious)

Snack-handful of cashews

Dinner-chicken spaghetti squash Pesto with onion black olives and spinach (pictured)

Felt amazing this morning after a few days of awesome eating!
