October goals update Even with getting sick over the weekend I've managed to stay on track with my goals! I also started journaling my healthy habits. C for crossfit. Y for yoga. Did crossfit 5x and yoga 4x! Feeling so good about that! I had one semi cheat meal but I didn't overeat which is a big win for me! Now I need to keep it up for this week!!

Spent most of the weekend not feeling well. Then I end up relying on my husband for food. It's never healthy lol. Anyways...moving forward and getting back on track!

We did arms Monday and Tuesday and legs yesterday. It hurts so good though! So sore! Means I'm getting stronger though 💪🏼
