Just finished reading the wonderful conclusion to the Letter 44 series you published. A couple of questions regarding collections of this series: 1) Any estimate as to when the fifth volume collecting the final arc of issues from #28-#35 might be released? 2) Are there any plans to collect the entire series in a hardcover volume or omnibus of some kind?
