Hi. I know it's been a while since I last came on here and I'm so sorry. A lot has happened since I last posted, and although I've wanted to come back, I just haven't really had the heart to. I got kicked out of my house, roamed around for a while with nothing by my laptop and a few friends, got in some trouble and got sent back home, and now I'm just...here I guess?
I don't think I'll be officially back for a few days. I have to get back into my muse, mentally prepare myself to come back, and get back into contact with a few people. So yeah...hi. Once again.
There's a lot going on right now both with friends and in my family, and it's all very draining; therefore, I think a short hiatus is in order so that I can take care of myself. I'll be checking messages throughout the day and probably working on the blog just to keep occupied in between it all, but I won't be doing any threads for a few days.

sorry to bother you but do you know what happened to nova mun? not a lot of people seem to talked to her
[ I haven’t talked to her much recently, but judging from the post on her blog, I can guess what went down. She’s honestly sick and tired of people belittling Nova and her own hard work. Also, there’s the matter of people talking down to her whenever she does something nice. She’s been getting a lot of shit lately that she really doesn’t deserve, and anyone would get tired of that after a while!
Most of the anons that are sending messages to her are complete asswipes—telling her that what she’s drawing is wrong when it’s her own blog, demeaning her muse just because she’s an OC, and calling her horrible names just because she’s a nice person—and they’re the main reason why she’s taking this (assumed) break.
I’ll be sure to talk to her soon and remind her what a fucking amazing human being she is, because I don’t think enough people tell her that, and she deserves to hear it. Altough we haven’t been talking for very long, I can honestly say that she’s one of the most awesome people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of befriending, and having the privilege of talking to her daily is the best thing to happen to me in a long while. And if any of her anons are reading this right now, then I want them to know that I think they’re scum, and so does Jean. They can go fuck themselves repeatedly with a chainsaw. uwu ]
Caryl sighed, letting the edges of her mouth curve into a smile. The auto shop seemed like ages ago. She couldn’t even remember the smell of the truck…no, wait, she could.
"Got lost? It’s not exactly a very large…anyways, my car broke down and I decided to walk home from the car shop. And chanced upon this place…"
She almost felt embarrassed to reveal she lived near the shop. As he probably could already tell, the town wasn’t a high-class one. Nice families, manicured lawns, almost everyone owned a dog. But, you could still get the sense that it was all forced. Behind every porch door there was a couple arguing about bills. Schools looked nice, but the happenings inside revealed covered-up truths.
But who was she trying to impress? What, he doesn’t look like he comes from a trillionaire family…is that mean? It’s just a statement…he looks like a normal kid. Well, a normal kid who went to Juilliard, but still.
There's an embarrassed blush on Jean's face, because even though Caryl never finished her sentence, he knows what she was going to say. It's true that the town isn't very big; he was able to see that when he first landed up here. But being in a city you've never been to before is confusing...especially when you're so far from home. But she didn't know that, and so the situation looked quite dumb, honestly.
When Caryl tells Jean that she lives around here, yet she's never been to this store, he can't help but to be a bit confused--curious too. "I guess you're pretty busy then? I mean, since you've never been here." He gestures around the store. "This town isn't exactly huge...so it's just kind of surprising to me that you've never wound up in here before."
