Three and a half hours into my deadlift overreach day ... 15 sets of 365x2 (85%). Video is of first, eighth, and fifteenth sets. I followed this up with 4 sets of pin presses of 185x5 x4 sets (RPE 8-9). Video is of first set. And I finished up with five sets of deficit deadlifts, 312x5 (RPE 7), 337x5 (RPE 9), 282x5 x3 sets (RPE 7-9). Video is of 337x5 and last two sets of 282x5.

Worked up to 407.5lbs (95%) for a triple (grip gave out as I was locking out third rep), then followed it up with four sets of 365x3 (last two sets in video). I then did five sets of 152.5x5 of double-paused bench press. Finished my training with 350x5 to pause-to-knee pulls, then dropped it to three sets of 315x5. All in all, good workout.

Today is National Nachos Day, so this becomes an important question.

Still ramping back up after my meet last Saturday with some beltless raw squats 5x5 at 55%. Lower body accessories at RPE 5.

Here is a video of the best lifts of my competition. Squat:135kg/297lb; Bench: 82kg/182lb; Deadlift: 195kg/430lb; Total: 412kg/909lb...So it was a little over a 7.5x bodyweight total. Not bad for my first all-raw meet, but I'm going to shoot for a 8xBW+ total at the next one in April.
