Yeah, the fans seem to be bothered by the fact she doesn’t say “I love you” as much as Nicole says it to her. But it’s all in the actions anyway so why does she have to? There’s more ways to convey love than in words. Isn’t that the point of making love? And she was much more focussed on making love than she was in saying it. Waverly is just all about the action. The effort and passion of doing to express and convey love. She doesn’t have to say it. That’s not her way.

Plus, when she does finally say it to her, it means so much more than it would if she always said it to her.
