i watched johnny and dora like the day it aired like what the fuck the memory of me watching it and squealing in bed when jake & amy finally kissed for real is still so vivid like?? i still remember watching the previews. i followed the will they wont they from season 1. let me just say, they’ve come so damn far. we’ve come so damn far. i’ve been through so damn much and this show just always made me happy and okay. god, im just feeling so nostalgic and good like just, bless this lovely show.

ideal of idol, a poem for the girls

so a few months back ioi had their last concert together. i’m not a major ioi stan, i’ve only caught bits and pieces of p101, but when downpour/소나기 was released and they had their final concert together i had a sudden influx of feels and wrote a poem on a whim for them.

thank you ioi girls for everything you’ve done. your fans are still waiting, always will be, for the day you guys reunite as one. so.. here goes:

“you put a few of them together; eleven

bright-eyed, hopeful, scared, adolescent

you put them through hell to put them in heaven

made them swim through the roughest current

they grew wings on their own and saw it coming

the end was near, or so we tell them

they wrote each chapter with the last already written

and yet still, their fire will burn

today’s the day, the big finale

"we’ll wait forever” for that one day
