Sometimes self-improvement resembles waves, you go forward and then receed. Sometimes you have already learned a lesson, but one experience leads you to repeat old mistakes. Sometimes youβre in a positive space, rejecting self-deprecation and comparisons to others, but then life happens and you turn on yourself. Nothing in life is linear and that includes progress, but we do our best. You wake up and do the day. And that counts. You are not who you were before.
