RESSLER IS A CINNAMON ROLL. No but seriously, I kind of understand why people find him “cold”, in a way. But I see him as quite the opposite, feeling things very intensely, he just contrasts with most of the other characters who show what they’re feeling. I think he’s pretty similar to Red in that sense.
I completely agree. The parallels to them are both very telling on how both of their character’s are deep down. Like Red said, “ Beneath the iron-and-rust exterior beats the heart of a man swimming in immeasurable grief.“ And that was Ressler tonight. (and Red too of course!)
