A lot of Black people are hurting right now. As important as it is that we talk about what’s happened in Charleston, I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed, especially when this happens to us over and over again. If your dashboard is like mine, it’s saturated with updates and commentary, and while it’s great that the information is getting out there, if you’re in need of a momentary break to regroup, I have an emergency happiness tag for such a time as this called My Favorite Things.
