a practical guide to becoming a true pun master

  1. accept that no pun is actually Good, but that the true nature of a good pun is to be so terrible that it becomes good.
  2. say every pun that occurs to you. i’m so serious about this, sometimes the most well received puns will be ones you considered not saying.
  3. ALWAYS laugh at your own puns, even if nobody else is. (especially if nobody else is.)
  4. know that you are hilarious. puns are a limitless resource and you have taken it as your duty to bring this gift to humanity. you are a hero.

My crazy dream I just had

So it was me and my lady and we were living in a post apocalyptic world. The place we were living though had to be evacuated because fish people were invading and the only way to get away was to swim so we swam and swam and swam and finally we find land and it looks like something out of thunder dome or road warrior, but so we’re ducking and dodging around cuz there are gangs driving round. But we end up finding my lady’s family so we join them. The fiRst night, two dudes try and rob us and they try and take something of sandys so it pull a knife and pin em both on the couch, and I’m interrogating them like “tell me blah blah blah and the n I knifes em both. So we all packed up cuz they were gang members and their gang would kill us, and we bailed. As we're driving around it looks like some shit. A mashup of deathrace, thunderdome, and an off-road x games event. So yea that's my crazy ass non-acid tripping dream. Enjoy.
