It depends!
If it's a light sprinkle or drizzle, they are okay to fly. But if it does start to pour, they need to take shelter somewhere, or else their wings become too heavy to fly.
Sometimes, such shelters are birdhouses. Some of which may be occupied.

My job has had me real stressed out lately, and so I was in the need of some comfort fluff from my two favorite celestial animatronic jesters, and figured other folks could probably use some comfort fluff as well.
