Here’s the play kitchen I made for my sons pre-school classroom. Probably spent too much time figuring out how to make this with as few pieces as possible, but that process is a lot of fun for me. It’s holding itself together with notches, joinery and some glue. It’s designed to be an island style kitchen so kids can gather all around for play. I’m going to need to make another for Home because we only got to play with it for a couple days. The kids were so excited to get their new kitchen. Again, it doesn’t get old seeing people use and enjoy things you’ve designed and built.

It's alive! Brought another rocking horse to life for a little friend. It been my goal to simplify the design as much as possible. I'm trying to eliminate the need for any glue and certainly no screws. The last design had 7 pieces, pegs and glue, this one is down to 6 pieces no pegs and a just a touch of glue. Getting there. . . . . #handmadetoys #gypsonite #woodworking #jointery #woodcraft #woodshop #woodentoys #woodtoys #rockinghorse #handmade #fortwayne #indiana #madeinindiana (at Fort Wayne, Indiana)

I found this quote after i made this. Made my day.

“People like us who believe in physics know that the distinction between the past, the present and the future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion” -Albert Einstein

Was thinking about this recently.

I'm going to post my simple natural wallet on @tentenmarket tomorrow, dec 10th. I'm going to be my own guinea pig here. Now time like the present I suppose. Need to get 10 pre-orders in ten days for it to work.
