im obsessed with this gif this is literally how i feel when im in a room by myself muttering about my hyperfixations as if preparing for a ted talk
this post has been a wild ride for me
While I think any form of a Japril spin off is way off into the future (if at all) due to Jesse wanted to branch out more, and rightly so, plus his many other projects besides acting; I can’t help but think it’s a *slight* coincidence they just happen to make Dr, Tom Koracick go to Boston with them. Why? Who did he have a fling with? April. Who does he have shared trauma with in losing a child/his faith? April. My point being, if they WERE going to do a show but didn’t want to give us japril straight away and make us (painfully) wait some more by building it, it would make sense for April to mess around with Koracick first. Because OF COURSE they couldn’t just serve us japril on a plate that would be too easy. Plus the fact the network have said they’re open to spin offs and they haven’t let Greg Germann out of his contract completely, they’ve just demoted him to guest star instead of series regular. It all seems a little too suspish. One last thing, Jesse seems reluctant in interviews to say whether Japril is endgame to him in his mind after that last episode, when we know his thoughts about the couple usually. As if he doesn’t want to give something away. Like I said i don’t think this is happening anytime soon plus sometimes a pilot gets made and falls through for whatever reason but I’m doing the maths and, for once, it’s all adding up.
Derry Girls + No Context
Am I the only one who kinda doesn’t want a japril spin off PURELY because I don’t want to see them go through any more hard drama for the sake of tv drama/rating?! Just let them be. No more dangerous pregnancies or births, or arguing till they’re blue in the face. I would only want the spin-off if it meant that there was some awkward miscommunication at the beginning of moving to Boston and then it all just clicks into place. They can bring in new characters for the drama but not them I beg. I do think they should call the show “new horizons” though if they did make the show 👀
In which Sarah and Jesse do some in-depth ship analysis and basically create some Japril reunion fic during their instagram live.
Jackson Avery: not a big Matthew fan.
Thank you.

Fingers crossed for new horizons.
Saw this on Twitter and had to repost. If they don’t, it’s because they (Krista) didn’t want to, not because they couldn’t. Thursday can’t come quick enough.
Anyone else confused by the latest promo? We know the drive was 11 hours which adds up to Montana aka his dad, and when he’s talking to himself outside the house, there is a small jump cut like they took a piece of the dialogue out and then he looks genuinely surprised when April opens the door? Plus Jesse’s Instagram post saying “oh shit wrong house” 😂 is it meant to be his dad’s house and he was gearing up to tell him something but April opens instead? Even she looks confused. The obvious reason just feels too good to be true. The extra week wait between the episode is going to kill me.
