I just watched the series finale of Doom Patrol and I can't stop wondering how many people's lives that show saved.

Nobody up in here cares about Chuck anymore so I've slacked on posting the updates. If you've missed any of the fic's chapters because I wasn't posting here, I apologize. I'll try but things are, like...... absolutely insane with my job right now. The stupidest shit we're having to hurdle over and it's so much stress.

Suffice to say, posting this fic's updates on tumblr? Not at the top of my list right now.

Big opportunities coming for Chuck and Morgan!

New fic because I am absolutely out of my fuckin' mind. This is the dumbest thing and I've had so much fun writing it for the past two months. The most fun I've had in a long time.

Summary: Chuck and Morgan are co-hosts of a locally popular streaming channel in which they discuss all things metal while playing video games. Their lives are uprooted when their demo guy hands them THE demo of the ages—a band called Critical Hellfire, fronted by singer and bassist Sarah Walker. AU Charah.

You know a fic is outta control when a non-mutual posts the link on TUMBLR where Chuck has literally faded into almost nothingness as a fandom. And before I even had half a mind to jump on here and do it myself.

Honestly, the unadulterated passion folks have for “Chuck Versus the Dive” is extremely heartwarming. I appreciate you all so much. I really do.

Yeah, I’m still writing and updating this one almost 10 years later. But listen, it’s my favorite fic I write and it always will be. Even if nobody reads it anymore. LOL
