I’m recently following a Japanese drama series, a project by EBiDAN. It’s a sports drama series, in particular. I’ve been excited and looking forward to watching this series ever since they’ve made an announcement about it, especially that everyone from DISH// (a band that I really love) is going to show off their acting skills. A lot of other EBiDAN groups are part of the cast, too! Such as M!LK, PriZmaX, SUPER DRAGON, 超特急, and Sakurashimeji (did I mention all of them?). After seeing the first episode, I kind of had the idea of what the story is going to be like. Seems like it’s gonna be really interesting! Plus, everyone in the drama looks so cool! Episodes one to three have already been aired, and I’ve already watched them, too. I can’t wait for the next one!

You see, I intend to create subtitles for this series. Watching the episodes raw makes it a struggle to catch up with the story. If I add subs, I’ll be able to understand more, and what’s more is I can share the subbed videos so that others can watch it as well. Actually, I already started working on Episode 1 as some sort of trial. I wanted to try it out a bit, so that I’d have the idea of how it’s like. But I’m kinda not confident about it, especially that it’s a drama series about sports. I’m not a person who’s into sports, so the jargon might turn out to be awkward and messed up. Working on a drama series is also a first for me. I usually work on songs, and short interview clips. Those who’ve checked out my YouTube channel probably know what I mean. I’m not fluent in Japanese, either (if you’ve read my previous post, you’ll get the idea). Should I work on “FAKE MOTION: King of Ping Pong”? (I just realized that I haven’t mentioned the title of the series yet, so I’m mentioning it now.) I think no one has created subs for this drama yet, so I thought about giving it a go. But I still need to think about it.
