I just want to let everyone know that what is written in that post is NOT the full truth. I know this because I live in the same city of the high school it happened at. People are so quick to believe what is put on social media rather than look for the truth. To be honest, I believe a statement given by the police department than a student who caught half the video. Here is the statement.
"School resource officers, detectives and school officials conducted a detailed investigation and spoke with the students involved and witnesses to determine the circumstances involved in the fight.
Officials learned the victim, who has a degree of visual
impairment, and suspect know each other and have a history of not getting along. As the victim walked past the suspect at school yesterday and verbal argument started, which resulted in the suspect hitting the victim several times. Another student saw the fight and intervened to prevent the suspect from further assaulting the victim. The third party struck the suspect knocking him to the ground and stopping any further attack. It does not appear the incident has any connection with the victim’s disability.
The suspect has been arrested for misdemeanor battery and released to his parents. No arrest is anticipated for the third student who intervened in the fight."
From what I've heard from students at the school, the victim who is visually impaired called the boy Noah Sparn a faggot or fag, that was the verbal argument. In no way was it okay for the Noah to hit him, he should have walked away or told someone but the other boy is not a hero for whooping his ass. Also the bully Noah Sparn's family is receiving threats, I know this because my cousin is good friends with their daughter. In no way is it okay for an eight year old to receive death threats because her brother reacted to someone repeatedly calling him a faggot.
It wasn't okay for Noah to lay his hands on someone else, none of this was okay, But I beg you PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT believe what you hear coming from the media.
