I can guarantee you that approximately 0% of people who are going to protest within the next few days are expecting trump to just be like “oops! Y'all got me! I’ll resign” because that’s not the point. Protesting can’t automatically undo what has already been done, but it does send a message of distaste, shows that people will make noise if they sense injustice, and signifies that citizens will continue to protest as worse things (may) happen. i just walked past 2 construction dudes and one of em just said “i don’t think they’re right-handed or left-handed. they’re just dogs.”
Ten months later but I finally went on the graduation trip I promised myself and I could not be more thankful for it.
#the past two years with my dad's death and my sister's health have been a lot to fucking deal with#I got to take time off of work for me#not for mourning not for hospital visits#or to help someone I love very much recover and regain their health#but for me to be able to see just a little bit more of the world and I am so fucking glad for it#to know that things have calmed down enough for me to do this is a big step forward you guys#face
I don't know what I was expecting, but the Swiss Alps were fucking cold. (at Lucerne, Switzerland)
