3939 - 3am 9am 3pm 9pm series , rest
I recognized that I have been sharing fully cited other black artists work for a while. I went to my archive and I realized the entire years of 2023/2022 I did this. That is over two years of sharing other artists work and I admittedly have a list of more work to share. My original intent was to share fully cited black art cause it seemed to me everywhere online but on tumblr where I am at, very little black art is fully cited. Photographers don't say models. People don't give the name of artists to illustrations. It is a very, I share what I like but I don't concern myself with the details of what I like, and I wanted to share in a way uncommon, only fully verified or cited. And I achieved that for over two years. Mission accomplished.
So with that being said I am putting a rest to the 3am 9am 3pm 9pm series. Today's four will be the most recent 4 in the 3939 till I craft the next phase of my existence on tumblr. Not an end but a rest. I want to first honor followers. I have over 1,000 followers and I haven't done any honoring of them in any way. so that is a first priority on here. Second, I have not created enough on this tumblr. Many probably don't even realize I am an artist so I need to consider what I will create on this tumblr as well as how I will feature in the future improving on what I learned.
I have learned that featuring is the most positive communal act online. But featuring is best when it is in the same ecosystem. My RMHreblog was designed cause I realized that featuring black art from outside tumblr didn't create as great an interest as featuring black art in tumblr. I have also learned that organized, scheduled, robust featuring is time intensive. So you have to be careful the times you do it while sticking to a schedule.
The following I think is the earliest post in the 3939 series. At least based on my archive. Originally it wasn't four but three times in the day but then I expanded it to the four times which was over a year.
