Long time no see

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve been consistently active, over a year now actually. I’m so sorry about that. A lot has been happening, and I’ll fill you in on all of it in a minute. First, I just want to say that in light of everything that has happened, I have decided to make a personal blog so that this one can remain doctor who focused like I intended it to be. I’m still going to go on this one, but if you want to follow me on my new main, aspiring--ghost, I would really appreciate it! I will, of course, still be posting Doctor Who on that one but it will include other fandoms and aesthetic/funny stuff as well. My sad posts will also be moved to that one too, so I promise that this is the last personal post I make on this blog. 

Okay, onto what has happened recently.

Not too long after my last personal post, I was in the hospital for a brief amount of time for obvious reasons, so I promise I was safe. I got into a DBT program after that which has helped so, so much, and figured out my meds. I was actually doing better than I have in years, which isn’t saying much, but it was something. Then late September, one of my best friends’ boyfriend committed suicide. Two weeks later, on October 3, she killed herself too. 

Needless to say, it has sucked. She was the first new friend I made at my new school, and she had been doing a lot better before her boyfriend’s death. I fell back a lot in my own recovery. I had to drop a couple classes, which means that I’m taking an extra semester at college before going to university. It’s been a rough year.

So that is why I have fallen off the grid. And it’s also why I feel like I can’t use this blog as my main anymore. So much has happened, and while I love this blog and I am so grateful for all of you, I think it’s time for me to move it to the side. What I want to post on my main has changed, but I can’t bear to change this one in any way. I want to keep it as I intended it to be, though I know it’s kind of been all over the place lately.

So anyways, that is what I’ve wanted to say. I’m back, and I will still be reblogging Doctor Who posts to this blog. I hope that you are all doing well, and thank you so much for sticking with me. I love you all <3
