Via AnimeNewsNetwork, it is confirmed Mineral Town Reunion will be localized as Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral town! The game will be translated and published by XSEED Games, as per usual with the Story of Seasons line.
A music note
Disclaimer--I’m still(!) on summer, so I have only heard two tracks, but I have to say that so far I’m kind of disappointed in the Trio of Towns music. I liked the Story of Seasons soundtrack a lot, and so far 3oT’s soundtrack feels kind of... meh.
I also really miss night music! That was so wonderful.

Ludus has my eye, so I might go for him in my first file and when I feel like starting a second one, Hinata or maybe Yuzuki??? And the fact that we have the option to marry Woofio and not have same sex marriage in this game is concerning Σ(っ゚Д゚;)っ
I’m still holding out hope that same-sex marriage will come... someday.
We do have Stardew Valley for that, at least.
I am also salty about not being able to marry Saffron
who decided that Stephanie would be better than her
the same person who decided Woofio is a great husband probably
If you don't like Veteran Mode, then definitely stay away from one of the two unlockable personality types that you can choose from on a New Game after reaching a certain point in the story on one game. It makes you start the game with two stamina hearts, and max out at 7.

I prefer choosing seedling mode, so I don't stress myself out too much etc. Who are you thinking of going for?
I’ve been fond of Ludus, but I haven’t gotten to know Hinata yet and still haven’t met Yuzuki or Inari so I won’t close off my options just yet ;)
I'm trying to marry Klaus, I've given him his fav dish, and it's year 2 of winter, but I still can't give it to him? I have the final house upgrade? Am I missing something here or am I just incredibly blind
omg how long ago was this asked?? I think my inbox ate this, I am so sorry. At any rate, in case you haven’t figured it out yet--another important note is that it has to be a sunny Saturday/Sunday and you have to go into their house to present the feather. The guide on Fogu can probably explain better than I could: http://fogu.com/sos1/villagers/marriage/index.php
What do you think of Trio of Towns so far? I only got it Friday, and I'm in loooove! ♡
I’m enjoying it a lot! I’m only on Summer 6 right now because work has been eating me, but so far it’s been fun.
I am kind of regretting choosing Veteran mode, however, because the massive stamina hit is not so much challenging as it is annoying. Oh well!
new Skyler genderfluid confirmed
I am amazed that there are still people reading this little abandoned blog
Thank you, everyone :)
What do you mean Trio of Towns has festival characters as secret marriage candidates and neither of them are Saffron, this is an outrage

hello, old friend ❤️
Part 2/2] Or if I wanted to marry a boy, I could just play as a girl. It didn't bother me that my oc might not have been the same sex as I am, because the outcome was the same. I identify with my oc in a way where it just feels like it's me instead of the little farmer guy in that role. So it felt like I was in a same-sex marriage. I know it may not make much sense, and I tried to think of a better way to phrase it all, but it's how I feel. I don't mind newer options, but I like the old way too.
Yeah, I get you. The crossdressing options make that easier as well. I myself have played as both a male and female (and Skyler changes between both appearances all the time).
I still would like same-sex marriage, though, not just for equality’s sake but also so that you don’t have to restart if you find you like a marriage candidate of your gender!
On my first SoS game, I focused mainly on my livestock, and they are still my main focus. I used Eda's land to make a huge field of fodder for them to graze in each day. On my second game, however, my main focus has been my crops. I used Eda's land to make a HUGE garden. We're talking EIGHTY spots for planting seeds, which translates to 720 individual crops. They both have their share of pros and cons, but I highly suggest trying both. You just might find out you like one over the other.
That’s pretty incredible, I had no idea the land could fit that much.
...I can say definitively that I hate livestock though :v
