When I look in the mirror, I see someone beautiful looking back at me. I may have stretch marks and I may not be skinny like society wants, but I am beautiful, happy and healthy. And so are you. :)

I’ve decided that this diet isn’t for me. I am already beautiful. Don’t let anyone dictate what you “need” to do to be acceptable. Love yourself. I feel perfectly happy and healthy how I am.

Challenge Days 2 and 3
Day 2 breakfast-strawberry yogurt and herbal tea
Snack-1 orange, 6 reduced fat crackers and 1 cup of milk
Lunch-split pea soup, grilled herbed tomatoes, diet soda
Snack-8 tortilla chips with salsa
Dinner-marinated steak, mashed potatoes, salad, 1 apple
Breakfast day 3-French toast, coffee and milk
Snack-cottage cheese and milk
Lunch-chicken salad pita sandwich, 1 strawberry, 1 carrot, 15 pretzels and a diet soda
Snack-rice cake with peanut butter and a diet soda
Dinner-pork chop, baked potato, spinach, diet soda
So I'm 3 days in. So far I just seem to be getting hungrier each day. Keep loving your bodies. :) so far this diet challenge has not made a difference. You should love yourself how you are. :)

challenge From Anti Fat Acceptance Blogger
So I have accepted a challenge from an anti-fat acceptance blogger to diet for a month. She says it will make me feel better. I want to prove to her that I am already healthy. So I'm posting about my experience with the challenge hoping to prove her wrong. She wants me to eat 2000 calories a day and work out every day for the month
Day 1 breakfast: scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of toast, coffee and orange juice.
Lunch: chicken salad pita sandwich, beef barley soup, a salad with dressing and lemonade.
Dinner: unfried rice, a cup of carrots, a dinner roll and a diet soda.
Snacks were 4 graham crackers, milk, a pear, and butter cookies.
I also ran a mile. So far I am just kind of hungry still. Would not recommend dieting so far. I am confident that I will prove my point. Big is beautiful and healthy! :) love you all. <3

Girls, if you're bigger, do not be afraid to put on a bathing suit. :) be proud of every inch of you. If haters don't like it, they don't have to look. :)

Diets were invented by the health food industry so they could make money. You don't need diets, you need to love who you are. :)
I have stretch marks and that's ok. They are unique and they are part of my body, which I love. It's ok to have them, ladies, you are beautiful. :)
