I need your help.

Hello, I really really dislike asking for money but now that I am in such a tight situation I’m afraid I’ve got no choice at this point…

Not many people know about this, but I’ve run away from home since July. I come from a home where a lot of abuse happened (even though they don’t recognise it as abuse). I’d rather not get into details, but let’s say that didn’t do very good on me. Not only that, but my mother doesn’t accept my relationship and has given numerous death threats to my boyfriend, either directly or indirectly (to me, his family, etc.). The Thai community is very much spread in my country, which is Belgium, and my mum, being one of the pioneers, knows pretty much everyone even beyond this country. We know she’s currently creating a group of people ready to look for us and beat up my bf. She’s incredibly manipulative and good at this kind of stuff, so I know it’s pretty easy for her to do this. At the moment our official addresses are at our former homes but the moment we change that, she can track us down using her many connections.

We’ve tried to find a solution for this but really, we’re at a loss. All we can do is hide and hope my mum somehow calms down. We’ve been hiding since April, while I pretended I was living at my dorm (which was part of the plan to prepare for running away).

Hiding sounds like a pretty easy thing to do, but it isn’t. It requires a lot of money, and connections that we don’t have in the current region we’re in. Right now, we pay €50 a day to stay at a hotel, and €600 a month to rent a small car (because we cannot buy one, because mum, and we seriously need it). This is €1500 a month, and that doesn’t even include food and gas (for the car). My boyfriend currently earns €1500 a month while I am still looking for a job, which is hard to do in my current situation, or become a webdev freelancer. We’ve managed to survive all those months because of my savings, but I’ve only got so little left we can’t make it until the end of this month while he’s in debt (which we need to get rid of ASAP).

This is what we need:

In total, we need €1650 to €2460 a month. My boyfriend’s debt is currently €2000, so that also needs to get paid off before he ends up in an official blacklist which would result to nobody wanting to take us to rent a home.

Let’s say that my endgoal is €10 000. 

It’d help us have a headstart and actually be able to pay our first month of housing, since we can no longer afford that at the moment. It also gives us extra time to look for something in the first place. It’d also bring my bf out of debt.
