and is your shame helpful? is it inspiring goodness and change? or is it keeping you frozen in time unable to move on and be everything you have expanded to be?

And love is a kaleidoscope. How it works, I'll never know. And even all the change, it's somehow all the same.

this Conversation pit is ruining my life
the Biden admin "inquiring with the Government of Israel" about some heinous crime against humanity Israel has committed is basically a way of publicly signalling that nothing will happen and that they're hoping people will move on to the next Israeli atrocity and forget about the previous one.
platforming palestinian joy is just as important as sharing the suffering they're enduring during this genocide. despite continued displacement and bombardment, you cannot steal their joy and spirit. happy birthday to this sweet baby 🖤🇵🇸 may they grow up to see a free palestine
this beautiful baby is the son of ibrahim abu raida, the 25 y/o executive director of the al nasser charity in gaza, an organization working to distribute food to the displaced. they have many different ways to donate linked on their instagram (linked above) and also have a personal gfm to help with their own rebuilding efforts that is over 80% of the way to its goal.
ANOTHER BDS WIN.
After a few days of Student protest by campus occupation, Columbia University students pass divestment referendum, divesting from Israelu companies and university. Students at Columbia University, NYC, have been occupying the campus in demand to be heard on divesting their schools interests from the State of Israel.
Protesting and boycotting works.
from imamomarsuleiman on instagram.
this is a little bit misleading. while the referendum did pass in favour of divestment, all it shows is that the majority of the student body is in favour of it. columbia university is not binded by this. for divestment to be implemented the university administration has to vote internally.
regardless, it is still important, as it shows the university that the consensus on campus is in favour of divestment. over 75% of students that voted were in favour of divestment, and enough voted to represent the student body. now the university has to respond to its students demands
Another good boomer joke
