FRUIT EVERY MORNING! I just make sure to eat enough to get really full so I’ll have good real energy for hours. Best after a litre of water, and I usually eat 5-6 servings depending on how active I was in the morning/what I feel like. I remember when I first started this high carb lifestyle I put two bananas in one smoothie and thought ‘wow that’s a lot of fruit..“ Now I’m like “I need more!!” I have a video where I lightly touch on the craziness of this fruit hating trend, with clinical studies revealing nothing but good things from high fruit whole food diets (link in my bio) Like long term weightloss, energy levels, better bowel movements, meaning decreased bloating.. LETS GET INTO IT ✌️✌️✌️✌️

Breakfast this morning with @annietarasova was WARM toasted GF banana bread with choc nana icecream, strawbs and bananas, sprinkled with cinnamon, maple syrup, molasses and coconut flakes 🍌🍞🍦👅 No description necessary - the name sells itself 😉
