I have an uncontrollable surge of feelings about this. Not just because of Kotetsu bonding with his daughter. But mostly because of Barnaby treasuring this picture. He is bonding with them, and that is important. The love is just undeniable... when you keep your partner's family pictures on your phone...

Miracle Jump is a remedy to the imminent depression I'd fall into if T&B ended for good after Rising while I still haven't seen Barnaby enjoy his life properly and be truly happy, on screen.

This is my Tiger & Bunny: The Rising post

I saw the movie a few days ago, and really, really enjoyed it.  I only had a couple of complaints, and one is just a personal preference more than anything else.  (In other words, it needed more Barnaby.)

I felt like the characters that shone the most were actually Blue Rose, Dragon Kid, and Fire Emblem.  Those three were the ones that felt like the closest team-within-a-team, and some of the most touching moments in the entire movie were allotted to them, both as a unit and individually.    In fact, I’d go so far as to say it felt like the writers finally sort of figured out what to do with Karina beyond her—admittedly charming—crush on Kotetsu.  And, of course, Fire Emblem actually got a decent amount of time devoted to what makes him tick, which was a definite plus.
