Xehanort’s golden eyes gazed downwards at the white armrest he’d been quietly tapping his gloved fingertips onto the past few minutes out of sheer boredom. He gave a soft sigh and sat up, stretching his arms upwards as he scanned around the grey area, seeing Ansem had left so...
Xehanort blinked, a mix of surprise and annoyance showing for a brief moment; but not annoyance towards number two, instead an annoyance towards the blue haired member who'd had the ability to send him on countless missions.
"You don't have to take missions from him?" He questioned, arms crossing as he vaguely wondered if he could somehow get out of doing them since they more or less always seemed fairly pointless.
"I suppose that makes sense..." He mumbled, forgetting about for his posture for a moment as he laid more back on the couch. "Even if I am a full past version of Xehanort you've still been here longer than me."
He hesitated for a few moments, chewing the inside of his cheek before deciding to be bold and asking, "Why is it exactly you choose to stay here? You know the true purpose of the organization, what's supposed to happen to you, so why is it you haven't tried to leave?" He wondered if his curiosity had just gotten the best of him, hoping to Kingdom Hearts there wouldn't be consequences for his blunt question.
"I know it'd be hard to escape my future selves... but wouldn't it be better than turning into someone you'd rather not be?" He added on in an ATTEMPTED friendlier not-so-blunt tone to ease the supposed tension he'd just created by asking a rather serious question.
